The technocrats are investing in these new “cities,” and my guess is they plan to run them like a (false) god. You may have heard them called smart cities before. I have found that many proponents of these cities are interested in biotechnology, life extension and biohacking. They seem interested in having it integrated into these new so-called cities.

You may have heard of The Line in Saudi Arabia. Building these massive areas to live in has been done before, and it always goes very wrong. Think of the projects (high rise public housing) in the US as a small scale example. In China, they have had large-scale models. They are what nightmares are made of, and so far, are always demolished.
